Inbox Zero
Merlin Mann, who runs the excellent site 43 Folders, gave a tech talk at Google last week called, "Inbox Zero". The talk is about techniques for dealing with large amounts of email.
I've been following his related articles on this subject for a long time. I've adopted many of these practices including keeping my inbox at zero messages, processing mail a few times a day, and using filters to keep the noise out of my consciousness stream.
Also, for my friends reading this blog, doesn't Merlin kind of remind you of Matt?
