Just like last year in London, Google will not charge a fee to attend the Google Test Automation Conference, however any travel expenses you incur in attending are your own responsibility.
You will have to apply to attend in the same process we used from 2006. We'll publish the talk schedule and ask people to write a short paragraph on what they want to get out of the conference, and we'll invite people to attend from that list.
