I saw this on a mailing list the other day. I can't verify if it is actually a Leno quote or not, but either way it's pretty funny.
TV comedian Jay Leno made this comment August 4, regarding the effort now underway to write a constitution for Iraq:
"Hey, why don't we send them ours? It worked well for us for over two hundred years . . . and we're not using it anymore . . "
