O'Reilly ET Con: Meeting People

One of the neat things about going to a conference like ET Con is all of the cool people who are here. I've had the opportunity to meet and speak with several people who I have been aware of online for awhile. One of the people who I was really interested in meeting from the beginning of the conference was Cory Doctorow (BoingBoing, and Craphound.com), who is the author of one of my favorite new books, Down and Out in The Magic Kingdom. I got a chance to chat with him for awhile, and have him sign my copy of his book. It was great, and he seems like a nice person. I know it sounds silly, but this has been a real highlight of the conference for me.
